Compare Everyday Fresta, Aruku Net Supermarket, AEON Net Super and Co-op Hiroshima: delivery areas, free-delivery amounts from ¥7,000, order deadlines and how orders are left at your door.

If you live in Hiroshima and want groceries brought to your door, there are four services to compare: Everyday Fresta, Aruku Net Supermarket on Amazon, AEON Net Super, and Co-op Hiroshima. They differ in delivery area, the order amount for free delivery, order deadline and how the box is handed over. All four sites are in Japanese, and the pages do not say whether support is available in English.

  • Delivery is free from ¥7,000 (before tax) at Everyday Fresta, from ¥8,000 at Aruku Net Supermarket, and from ¥12,000 (before tax) for Co-op Hiroshima’s home delivery.
  • AEON Net Super sets its delivery fee by store and area. You enter your postal code to see which store serves you.
  • Your address decides which services you can use. Check the delivery area before you register.
  • Everyday Fresta and Co-op Hiroshima leave the order at your door when you are out.

1. Everyday Fresta (エブリデイフレスタ): how does next-day delivery work?

Depends on the provider

Everyday Fresta is the home delivery service of the Hiroshima supermarket Fresta (フレスタ). If you order by midnight, it is delivered the next day. It does not deliver on Sundays, and delivery is by about 6 PM. To get a Saturday delivery, order by midnight on Friday. The next-day delivery does not cover the Kake, Mukaishima, Osakamishima and Ohno areas. Everyday Fresta (official)

The delivery fee per delivery, tax included, is free from ¥7,000 (before tax), ¥110 from ¥5,000, ¥220 from ¥3,500, and ¥330 under ¥3,500. Choosing a delivery time slot costs another ¥330. There is no enrollment fee and no monthly fee. A paper catalog costs ¥440 a month, and the phone ordering service costs ¥770 a month.

Your order is left at your entrance, without a knock at the door, in boxes sorted by frozen, chilled and room temperature. You can change or cancel until midnight the day before delivery. You pay by credit card (JCB, VISA, Mastercard) or bank transfer. Bank transfer works with Japan Post Bank, Hiroshima Bank, Hiroshima Credit Union, Momiji Bank and JA Bank (Hiroshima).

The delivery area page lists areas by town name. Asaminami, Nishi, Higashi and Minami wards of Hiroshima City are covered, and Naka Ward is covered except part of the center. Saeki, Asakita and Aki wards are covered only in part. Fuchu, Saka, Kaita and Kumano towns in Aki District, and parts of Hatsukaichi City, are also listed. Kure City is covered except the Keigoya, Yoshiura, Nikata, Kawajiri and Yasuura districts and the islands. Check your town name on that page before you register.

2. Aruku Net Supermarket (アルクネットスーパー): can I get groceries within 2 hours?

Depends on the provider

Aruku Net Supermarket opened on December 10, 2025. Amazon and Maruhisa (丸久), which runs Aruku supermarkets, run it together. It delivers fresh food from Amazon.co.jp in as little as 2 hours to the eight wards of Hiroshima City and Fuchu, Kaita and Saka towns in Aki District, with some areas in each excluded. The announcement lists these delivery fees: free from ¥8,000, ¥290 from ¥3,000, and ¥590 under ¥3,000. Customers who are not Amazon Prime members pay ¥200 more on each. There is no minimum order. You pick one of four 2-hour slots (12:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 16:00, 16:00 to 18:00, 18:00 to 20:00) for the same day, the next day or the day after. A 1-hour slot costs ¥300 (¥290 for orders of ¥8,000 or more). These are the terms at the launch in December 2025. Check the current fees on the order screen.

3. AEON Net Super (イオンネットスーパー): which store delivers to me?

AEON Net Super delivers from the store that serves your postal code, and the delivery fee also depends on the store and area. You see the fee when you choose a delivery date and time after logging in. AEON Net Super (official)

The AEON Hiroshima Gion store (イオン広島祇園店) page lists towns and cities such as Hiroshima, Kure, Higashihiroshima, Otake and Etajima, plus towns in Aki District. You can order for the same day up to two days ahead. For a later day, the “advance reservation” (先取り配送便) holds a slot. One order is basically ¥500 to ¥150,000 before tax, but this differs by store. You can add items, change or cancel until 30 minutes before the cutoff time. Cutoff times differ by store and time slot. You pay by credit card, cash on delivery or WAON. 4. Co-op Hiroshima (生協ひろしま): how does the weekly delivery work?

Co-op Hiroshima is a consumer co-operative. People who live or work in Hiroshima Prefecture can join by paying a ¥1,000 investment, which is returned when you leave. Delivery comes once a week on a fixed weekday, Monday to Friday. Food and daily goods arrive about one week after you order. FAQ (Co-op Hiroshima)

For individual delivery, the fee depends on your order total before tax. It is ¥0 from ¥12,000, ¥150 from ¥6,000 to ¥11,999, and ¥250 up to ¥5,999. Order totals and fees are before tax. Each amount includes a ¥70 issuing fee for the order form and catalog. That fee applies even in a week when you do not order. If three or more members form a group and receive their orders together, there is no delivery fee. You can also pick up in your area. Delivery fees (Co-op Hiroshima)

The FAQ page lists the issuing fee as ¥50, but the delivery fee page lists ¥70. Ask the member center which applies to you.

You can order by order form, online (eふれんず), phone or fax. The online deadline for the following week is 7:00 PM the day after your delivery day. See the order page for the other methods. Co-op Hiroshima says it can leave your order at your door in a temperature-controlled box when you are out. Your bill is taken from your bank account on the 26th of each month, for purchases from the 16th of the previous month to the 15th of the current month.

5. How do I choose?

  • Central Hiroshima, big orders, no need to be home: Everyday Fresta is free from ¥7,000 (before tax) and leaves the order at your door.
  • You want it today: Aruku Net Supermarket can arrive in as little as 2 hours. Under ¥8,000 you pay ¥290 or ¥590, plus ¥200 if you are not a Prime member.
  • Kure, Higashihiroshima or another wide area: Check which AEON store your postal code points to.
  • A fixed weekly shop: Co-op Hiroshima is free from ¥12,000 (before tax), and a group of three or more pays no delivery fee.

Note

The official pages do not list Fukuyama City for Everyday Fresta or Aruku Net Supermarket. If you live in Fukuyama, check AEON’s postal code search and ask Co-op Hiroshima. The same Hiroshima address can work for one service and not for another.

Common questions

Does Everyday Fresta deliver on Sundays?

No. It is closed on Sundays. An order placed by midnight is normally delivered the next day.

Is there a minimum order at Aruku Net Supermarket?

No minimum order was announced. Under ¥3,000 the delivery fee is ¥590, plus ¥200 if you are not a Prime member.

Can anyone join Co-op Hiroshima?

People who live or work in Hiroshima Prefecture can join with a ¥1,000 investment. It is returned when you leave. Check your address with the Member Service Center first.
